We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will then let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed, we take 1 to 3 business days to process the order.
During the week, orders are usually processed within one business day. If you order on a Friday evening, during the weekend, or on a holiday, processing may take a little longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched. Delivery takes an average of 8 to 12 business days.

Placing an Order

On the shipping page, you will have the opportunity to review your address details again.
All orders are shipped with free standard shipping. As a thank-you to our customers, we cover the shipping costs for every order.

Return Information
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, returns are possible within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:
- The item must include all original parts, components, tags, and packaging.
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- Items for which hygiene is important must be returned clean and unused.
- If the product is defective, this must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once received, returns are usually processed within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or returned in a condition that does not meet our policy.

Cancellation Policy
Right of Cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.
Because we work with an automated order processing system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed.
This means we may not be able to cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, please wait until you receive the goods and then request a return according to our return policy.

As some of our products may be shipped through international fulfilment partners, there may be longer transit times outside of our control.
If your order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If your return is approved and received in acceptable condition, we will refund the payment received from you, excluding return shipping costs and any additional shipping costs selected by you beyond standard delivery.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
We will process the refund within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
